- This is one of my old favourites. I have not done this meditation for quite some time since switching to unguided. It is amazing how perspectives can shift over time. I love the voice and the guidance in this meditation, however I feel bombarded with word after word and little time for silent reflection. I guess I didn’t realize how much I appreciated the silence of my unguided meditations until was able to make the comparison.
