Morning

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire
  • Did not fall asleep until 2am last night, chose to sleep over my morning ritual. Trouble falling asleep in unusual for me, I do know that my dinner last night had msg in it. As I was laying wide awake in bed last night I decided to research any links between insomnia and msg, sure enough other people have reported insomnia after ingesting msg. MSG appears to have a stimulant effect in some people, lesson learned.
