Minutes of Mindful Gratitude

Meditation: Mindful Gratitude

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire
  • One thing I noted today is that I have been getting some great ideas that all of a sudden pop into my head. These ideas are typically related to topics I should write about or changes and additions I should make to current articles. My creative juices have really started to flow during my morning meditations recently.
  • I am going to have to start keeping a notepad beside where I meditate to capture those creative thoughts immediately after meditating since I cannot recall a lot of them once my day moves on.
