Meditation: Mindful Gratitude
- 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
- Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
- Extra time as I desire
- Plenty of time this morning for meditation. I held myself to my commitment of improved planning and not rushing my meditation.
- Mind wandered endlessly in the beginning and settled down to a nice calm by the end.
