Meditation: Day 6 of Heart (Part 2)

  • Inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Today expanded upon forgiveness by understanding that in order to forgive you need to be vulnerable. Vulnerability is not weakness, vulnerability is strength. It takes great strength and courage to be vulnerable.
