Morning

Minutes of Mindful Gratitude

Meditation: Mindful Gratitude

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside as it was chilly again this morning, kneeling (Seiza) posture
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire
  • Didn’t leave myself time to do the full 15 minutes this morning, still a quality session

Afternoon

Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 4 of Heart (Part 2)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

Notes:

  • Outside, seated reclined
  • Today touched on the healing powers of forgiveness to alleviate guilt
  • Started off quite distracted, and went into slight trances here and there, however, I was more aware of that happening today as they weren’t as prolonged
