  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire


Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 10 of Heart (Part 1)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin


  • Seated reclined with support, outside
  • This was my 2nd go round with this meditation as I fell into a deep trance yesterday and barely remember anything
  • Much better session today, slight distractions, would have liked to have been more focused on her guidance
