  • Seated 1st thing
  • Really rushed as was almost late for work, couldn’t completely get this distraction out of my head

Pre Workout

Notes:

  • Didn’t get really immersed into it until last half

EVENING

Minutes of Surrender

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Day 6 of a 15 day series, one minute will be added per day
  • Went into a slight trance again, not experienced enough to really know what that means, something for me to research
