Morning

Notes:

  • 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire

Afternoon

Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 10 of Heart (Part 1)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

Notes:

  • Seated reclined with support, outside
  • Today was about self-love, unfortunately I was in a trance a good portion of the time so I don’t have much feedback. I felt very relaxed going into this session and came out equally as relaxed.
  • Will do this day again tomorrow without reclining myself to have a better chance of avoiding a trance.
