Morning

Notes:

  • 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire

Afternoon

Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 9 of Heart (Part 1)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

Notes:

  • Seated without back support, outside
  • Guided to choose a time when I was a child under the age of 12 and another time when I was a teen and shower those 2 people with my compassion. This was a unique experience, as it brought my past self much comfort from feeling loved. This really helped emphasize the healing powers of love to me, especially loving yourself unconditonally.
