  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire

Afternoon

Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 8 of Heart (Part 1)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

Notes:

  • Seated reclined, outside in the sun, with back support
  • Just realized as I was updating my blog that I skipped day 7 by mistake. Today was supposed to be day 7, not day 8. Will do day 7 tomorrow and continue again from there.
