  • Extra time as I desire


Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 1 of Heart (Part 1)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin


  • Made a decision to add a 2nd meditation to my daily practice again. I felt I was making more significant progress when I was doing that in the past
  • This series is about breaking down the barriers that hold you back from opening up your heart more to yourself and others
  • Great session. Reminded of the high quality sessions I get from Michelle Zarrin’s guided meditations. It was a noticeable difference to others’ guided meditations. She has a way of putting me into a trance, and developing a really deep experience. Look forward to day 2.
