  • Extra time as I desire

Afternoon

Minutes of I Am Consciousness

Meditation: I Am Consciousness

Teacher: Giovanni Dienstmann

Notes:

  • Inside during the afternoon
  • Lied on floor
  • Allie joined me as this is her favourite meditation. This says a lot since she does not meditate often as she hasn’t grown a liking for it yet, and for her to sit through 20 minutes of meditation speaks to the quality of this meditation. It is also one of my personal favourites.
