Meditation: Mindful Gratitude
- 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
- 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
- Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
- Changed the picture above to reflect the view I had before me while I meditated on this day and the next as I was at a cottage. You cannot see from the picture but I was elevated about 20 feet above water. I sat on a concrete block on the edge of the land, overlooking the lake. Set the tone for a beautiful session.
