MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Notes:

  • Did seated first thing
  • Stuck with the same meditation from yesterday for gratitude and intentions
  • Awesome session

EVENING

Minutes of Surrender

Notes:

  • Did seated with back support
  • Slightly more silence than yesterday
  • Really liked the “I AM” affirmation, except instead of finished the affirmation, it was left in silence and wonderment, this really helped me reach a new level
