  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 5 min. breathing for lymph cleansing
  • 5 min. gratitude
  • 5 min. future self visualization and intention
  • Less anticipation for the bell

Post Yoga

Minutes of Morning Meditation

Meditation: Morning Meditation

Notes:

  • Did after 30 minute yoga stretching session that I completed with one of my clients
  • 1st time trying this meditation
  • Sat cross legged, in our yoga studio at the gym, with lights off
  • Really enjoyed this meditation, has all the qualities I look for in a morning meditation: Focus on breath/mindfulness, gratitude, and intentions
  • Couldn’t quite get comfortable as my flexibility was restricting my cross-legged position
