  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 5 min. breathing for lymph cleansing
  • 5 min. gratitude
  • 5 min. future self visualization and intention
  • Sat outside and turned off ambient “running stream” sound I was using in order to listen to the sounds of the world around me
