Notes:

  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • stuck to 5-5-5 minute chunks
  • Had extra time so went an extra 7 minutes
  • The last 7 minutes were the highest quality, leading me to the conclusion that anticipating the 5 minute interval bells are still a distraction in my head
