  • A large emphasis on hamstring mobility in this session
  • Fairly slow pace, not great for waking yourself up

  • Today’s session was unique, and a welcomed changed from focusing on the breath. The premise of this session was focusing on where my body ends vs where it begins vs where form begins outside my body, all by sensing.

  • Skipped Yoga This morning, Had a late night last night as it was my sister’s wedding. I prioritized sleep over Yoga. I accepted it for what it is and did not feel guilty about my decision.
