Notes:

  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 1st time doing this meditation
  • Enjoyed the silence given, voice didn’t resonate with me, felt like his voice had a consistent undertone and faded as he talked

Meditation: “Earth Grounding” (self-empowering visualization)

Teacher: The Honest Guys

Notes:

  • Seated without back support
  • This was the most riveting session yet with this meditation. At one point I felt so much energy rushing through my body that my legs start to involuntarily lift off the ground.
