MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Notes:

  • Short on sleep, really stressed again
  • Slightly more clarity than yesterday
  • More focus than yesterday

EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness

Notes:

  • Back to my normal seated mindfulness meditation
  • Felt like a really great meditation, especially considering my stress level
  • Felt much more serenity afterwards
