MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Notes:

  • Short on sleep, really stressed at the moment
  • Never really got into it with my entire being, felt distracted and cloudy
  • Felt slightly more clarity once finished

EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness

Notes:

  • Did this one laying down as I was exhausted
  • Chose a minfulness meditation for releasing anxiety, instead on the normal seated mindfulness meditation which focuses on breath and awareness
