  • Seated with back support, 1st thing
  • Got interrupted half way through, got right back into the zone

EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness

Meditation: Mindfulness Meditation 1/52: Grounding Your Attention

Teacher: Stephen Proctor

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Mind wandered very few times, and the times it did, I did not immerse myself into the thoughts. I was able to bring myself back to presence
