Minutes of Time Meditation

Meditation: Day 3 – Recognizing and Healing Time Dysfunction

Centering Thought: I restore inner balance when I live in the now

Mantra: Om Ram Ramaya (I radiate confidence and strength)

Teacher: Oprah and Deepak Chopra

 

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Another great talk today
  • Slightly irritated today, most likely cause was not enough sleep

Meditation: Yoga for Flexibility

Teacher: GoodLife Fitness Virtual

 

Notes:

  • On my own
  • Tried a different routine today, did not like it as much as the usual one I do. Will not do this one again
