Minutes of Mindfulness

Meditation: MIDL 15 Minutes of Mindfulness 09/20: Perceptional Borders

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Today’s session was unique, and a welcomed changed from focusing on the breath. The premise of this session was focusing on where my body ends vs where it begins vs where form begins outside my body, all by sensing.

  • Really enjoyed this session, less focus on flexibility and more on endurance
