- Maybe it is my exercise background speaking here but i would not consider the core exercises advanced at all, beginner maybe.

Meditation: MIDL 15 Minutes of Mindfulness 01/20: Grounding Your Attention
Teacher: Stephen Proctor
- This is a new progressive series on mindfulness. I have listened to this teacher before and his meditations resonated with me.
- Today was about
