Minutes of Mindful Gratitude
Meditation: Mindful Gratitude
Ambient Sound: Limitless
- 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
- Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
- Extra time as I desire
- Hard to decide, but I think I liked today’s ambient sound, Limitless, better than yesterdays’ which was Angel Choir.
Minutes of Heart
Meditation: Day 10 of Heart (Part 2)
Teacher: Michelle Zarrin
- Inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- Today was a quick recap of days 1-9 which much silence.
- I did not complete Part 2 of Heart in 10 consecutive days which I am sure had an impact on the effectiveness on the series. I will make a commitment again in the near future to complete this series in 10 consecutive days. Currently, I have so much on the go with regards to my own personal growth, which I am still getting used to, that it is really emphasizing my big weakness, planning my days. Once I have a better grasp on my planning I will commit to this series in 10 consecutive days.
