Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire
  • Plenty of time this morning for meditation. I held myself to my commitment of improved planning and not rushing my meditation.
  • Mind wandered endlessly in the beginning and settled down to a nice calm by the end.
