Notes:

  • 1st thing, Inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire
  • Poor planning this morning, had to cut it a bit short. Still good quality though. Just had to remind myself I got it in, and that is what is important.
