Afternoon

Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 8 of Heart (Part 2)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

Notes:

  • Inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Today was a combination of all the teachings from the previous 7 days and applying them all as one
  • Really touched me when I was guided to forgive myself, got a little emotional. I did not realize how hard I can be on myself sometimes, great lesson learned there.
