Welcome to another update from my 365 meditation journey, a commitment to meditate 365 days straight. Here is today’s breakdown:
- Missed my morning mindful gratitude today. Had a really late night and had to work in the morning, chose to get the extra sleep.
- The last time I missed my morning meditation was a couple months ago
- I felt quite frustrated when I missed my last morning session and had a hard time shaking it off. I noticed significant progress in my emotions as I did not feel any frustration and just accepted it for what it is. This is a huge step toward mastering my emotions and am very grateful for my progress.
