Notes:

  • This is part of week 3 of the Palouse Mindfulness 8 week course
  • My wife joined me which was awesome
  • Improved mind/body connectiob from yesterday

Minutes of Surrender

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Day 6 of a 15 day series, one minute will be added per day
  • Was late, went into a trance a couple times probably due to fatigue
