  • 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
  • 5 minutes breathing for lymph cleaning
  • 5 minutes of gratitude
  • 5 minutes of future self visualization
  • Extra time as I wish
  • This was my best priming session yet. Mind felt free and didn’t feel like I had to force it in a certain direction
