  • 5 minutes breathing for lymph cleaning
  • 5 minutes of gratitude
  • 5 minutes of future self visualization
  • Extra time as I wish

Pre Workout

Meditation: “Earth Grounding” (self-empowering visualization)

Notes:

  • Got near the end and had to start over, realized I was distracted most of the time and wasn’t reaping the benefits
  • 2nd time through I was much more focused
