Welcome to another update from my 365 meditation journey, a commitment to meditate 365 days straight. Here is today’s breakdown:

MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Notes:

  • Short on sleep again, stress
  • Did an hour after waking instead of right away
  • Good session, came out more peaceful

EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness

Notes:

  • Did seated against cushions
  • This a guided meditation called “meditation for anxiety and resentment”
  • It was my first time experiencing this meditation, chose it due to the resentful feelings I feel I have let go of, wanted to bring more awareness to any more resentment I may be feeling that I am unaware of
  • This was a great meditation for this purpose, highly recommended
